or Which plugin i can use to make a coupon site same as http://www.coupondunia.in

Hi,
The theme doesn’t have an option to create coupons, you will need to find and use a plugin to achieve this. Unfortunately we did not tested any plugin like this and I cannot make any suggestions, sorry!
