Alert:
After the upgrade theme (Newspaper 3.0)
Problem with “WP Image Borders” plugin.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare mw_enqueue_color_picker() (previously declared in /home1/fksanet/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/wp-admin/panel/td_panel_start.php:44) in /home1/fksanet/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-image-borders/wp-image-borders.php on line 251
