After upgrading to v3, we started seeing parts of youtube scripts showing up.
So, in several modules/blocks on our http://www.livingsmarttv.dk frontpage, it now has like [youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GvKucqX6vOg] infron of excerpt, which we clearly should not see.
Is this a bug in v3 (no problem in v2) or do we just need to disable something?
Do you have the speedbooster plugin installed? If so try deleting it.
No we don’t use the speedbooster, as it conflicts with Disqus comment plugin 🙂
Can the developers please confirm when this will be fixed and/or if there’s something temporary we can do about it?

From your last thread it seems that the theme is not uplaoded compleatly. It gives missing files errors in the error log and that is not good.
I’ve tested the shortcodes on our install and it should not appear, just as in V2.
Reupload the theme and it should fix it.
I will have a look at the speedbooster plugin + Disqus today also.
I just did – 100% complete, fresh upload and the problem is still there.
I then tried deactivating all our plugins and the problem is fixed so I went through them all and it’s WordPress Jetpack, that conflicts.
When Jetpack is turned off, the youtube-script is not there like in v2.
So….. can you have introduced something in v3 that conflicts with jetpack, because jetpack has not been changed in the meantime, so the conflict has arisen after upgrade to v3?
After going through the Jetpack plugin, I found the part that conflicts: it’s the shortcode embedding where you can embed videos more easily.
Turned it off now and the problem has gone 🙂
derailing the thread a bit, is the user permission problem fixed? Radu hasn’t responded to the other thread so I’m not sure. Also, if it was fixed, can we have the fix instead of reuploading the whole theme? I already made some changes to v 3.0 and I’d hate to take it from scratch again.

@vexx we fixed all the known issues and there is also a patch that contains only the changed files + a list of changed files.
