Congratulations and thank you for V3!
After I installed the new version everything was fine until editors and authors (not admin users) tried to upload an image or add a tag. The buttons “add media” and “add” tag do not do anything when clicked.
We tried to deactivate the plugins as well but it still did not work. We have a multisite install and the other subdomains that use a different theme seem to work fine.
I will really appreciate it if you happen to have any idea on this… did anybody else face a similar problem?

Apparently the author just doesn’t give a damn about these problems. I posted the same thing in another thread. No response. It’s honestly sad that basic testing on such essential functionality isn’t being done.

It is almost 24 hours since I first faced this problem with our site and I reported it. It actually had me restoring back to V 2.4 so our site could continue functioning. We have on average 5-6 people working on the dashboard constantly. It created a major problem to our site.
That’s all I was doing on my Sunday:changing back and forth between the themes and the settings, but none of the theme’s authors could dedicate 15 mins from their time off to say something…
I like the theme and you I give you kudos for your work. But the real reason that I bought this theme is that I believed that it was creted by passionate developers which will support their baby.
It’s not the bug that bothers me, it’s that the way you were absent just because it’s Sunday, shows that you are not as passionate as I thought for what you do…

First of all I’m sorry about the late response. The update was submitted Friday night and Themeforest surprised us and accepted the update Sunday morning. Since then I’ve fixed them and we are doing final testing to resubmit an update. We also have in total over ~150 support requests (Email+themeforest+here)… we are a bit overwhelmed but it will calm down in the next days.
