Make sure you increase the base memory for WP to at least 96MB in your wp-config.php file. 128 or 256 better if your host setup allows that.
This is mandatory when using VC.

This was an issue generated by the previous version of the VC plugin including the 4.4.4 version which was included in the version of the theme you use and it has been fixed within latest version of Visual Composer plugin.
We will release an update for the theme within next week, test and include the latest version of the VC plugin then in theme’s package but if you don’t want to wait until then you can make a request for it via email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will send ti to you but consider that we haven’t tested it with the the theme yet so we can’t guarantee it will work flawless.

OMG.. i just downgraded to VC 4.3.5 from 4.4.4 and the loading time is reduce a lot!!!
VC 4.3.5 – Memory: 81.98 of 256 MB (32%)
VC 4.4.4 – Memory: 168.53 of 256 MB (66%)
that was HUGE! i hope the new version can fix this problem for me…
We’re still using 4.3.5 🙂
