td_social block doesnt work

On my contact pahe i had a blocklike this. After teh upgrade only the codes comes up.
How we can solve this issue?

Hi,

Unfortunately the social icons block/widget is not available in version 6 of the theme, so you will have to remove it also from that page as it doesn’t exist anymore, sorry!
