Unable to Save Changed Block Settings

HI all I’m newly purchased this theme and this is a awesome theme. I have a problem when building a custom home page to my website.

Question 1
I’m able to add blocks to a row in Visual Composer. But unable to save the changes after I update block settings. I’m pressing the save button but nothing happens.It keeps idle. It is not closing the block setting dialog and changes are not saved. But cancel button works perfectly.

Question 2
I have similar problem with default templates provided with the theme. Those templates also not loading to the Visual Composer when I click on them.

Question 3

After I add a block I’m unable to delete the block. When I click on X(delete) button Alert box is showing but after I click OK it is not deleting.

How to solve this problems. I asked these three question in same thread because all three questions may have one solution to fix.

hi,
we have found some problems in version 3 with the javascript, we gonna release today an update to version 3.1 . this is happening when the user who makes this changes in not admin.

some other causes for this can be some plugins that conflict with our theme. please disable all plugins.

also try to use an inspector from firefox (F12 -> console) or chrome(F12 -> console) to see if there are some javascript errors.

Ok thank you very much for your help. I solved the problem. I have installed a plugin called which is used to post codes in the page. this shows me some errors in console. So I deactivated it. Now all works fine. All the three problems are solved.

But,
In my console I’m getting a error like below

How to fix this?

And What is the compatible code (syntax) highlighter for your theme. I need a syntax highlighter for my website 😀

please update to version 3.0.1

then , the theme is using this javascript files: external.js, site.js, style_customizer.js.
Is one of this files reporting an error?

I don’t understand this: What is the compatible code (syntax) highlighter for your theme?
