How to make a full width row using Visual Composer?

Hi,

How can I make full width (responsive) rows on a Visual Composer page?

The header and footer stretch across the full page but rows I create in VC stop at the edges.

I also have Optimizepress 2.0 pages on the site where the full width rows don’t go all the way across as well.

Hi,

Unfortunately we didn’t tested this plugin with our theme so I cannot make any suggestions regarding this.
Full width of the version 4 of Newspaper is 1170px and the width of the new theme is – http://screencast.com/t/JKpaAQXuu I have checked you page and this is the full width – http://screencast.com/t/cZwk1Hv7Xr the themes were initially designed at that width with an fixed grid layout and changing it would not be easy as it needs changing the width value for all elements on pages and for this you would need custom work.
I’m not sure if this can help, but in version 6 of Newspaper you can find the new version of Visual Composer(it was not tested with version 4) and it has an option to stretch the row – http://screencast.com/t/MPx7uXTaP

Hi,

I am using Newspaper 6 but my row stretch option in the VC is missing.
Any idea why?

Hi,

Did you updated the Visual Composer plugin? Deactivate and delete the Visual Composer, then install it from here – http://screencast.com/t/NeIrAMKdm3 Let me know how it goes!
