Is there a way to only show the Header Ads on certain pages without having to use Visual Composer on everything individually?

Hi,
Not sure what you mean, the header ad is not added using visual composer plugin. The header ad is displayed automatically when you paste the code in header ad area from Theme Panel – http://screencast.com/t/sShfSt2B5r If you want to block it on specific pages you can add a condition in header template that you use – http://screencast.com/t/6po3ngg40g5
The theme doesn’t have an option to place ads in the page content, like there is on posts(top, inline,bottom), if this is what you mean and you will have to use Ad box block from Visual Composer.
