Resize only the Featred images

Hi Admin,

Is there any option to resize only the featured images attached to the post ??

Main reason for this is if wordpress templates usues 10 thumbnails, when we have a galleries in wordpress which has more images so the images count will be More where in which we dont use more of the thumbnails created,its will add on to the disk space.

Any thoughts or suggestions on this …

For thumbs regeneration you could use a plugin like – https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/ – http://screencast.com/t/eRl7oXHmZ –
Unfortunately i cannot recommend a plugin or solution which sets the thumb generation for featured images only. Maybe there’s someone here who uses such a plugin and can provide some feedback.

Emil G- Thanks for the reply, if u remember any plugin which people are sucesfull in thumbnail regeneration let me know …
