on version 6.2 i activate the settings 7 days post sorting and ajax view count, but something happens and the 7 day post sorting doesn’t work
on articles the “post_views_count_7_day_total” and “post_view_7days_last_day” doesn’t created on custom fields

this is urgent bug, because i use on my site the 7 days sort function on blocks
can you tell me how to fix it???
the “7 days post sorting” was active and on version 4.X
any help of this problem? actually, for some reason , doesn’t created “post_views_count_7_day_total” and “post_view_7days_last_day” on wp_postmeta table.

also, i figured also this: I use the top 10 plugin https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/top-10 and after i install newspaper version 6.2 on my site, it’s hit on one post, count it doubled on top 10 plugin. For example: On jetpack stats and on “post_views_count” on wp_postmeta table, one post has 1.000 views (the real), but the top 10 shows 2.000 views.
any help about it??

Check by reverting back to v6.1 if the counter works or this may be cause by something else. If you don’t have v.6.1 send an email at contact@tagdiv.com , include a link to this conversation and i’ll provide it for you.
If you use cache the theme 7 days count may not work. Some plugins conflicts or errors on the server side may also prevent a correct count(check the error.log to see if there’s any clue in it). Other plugins may count differently, i didn’t checked the code on “Top 10 – Popular posts plugin” so i cannot say if it’s counter works fine.
