Theme first load default colors then change my modify colors

You can try to make this change directly in style.css file and see if still the default color is being applied. Also this delay usually happens because of the speed booster plugin which move the css and js at the bottom of the page structure so that the page will load faster and because of the cascading property of css the default color appears first. So if you use it(speed booster), changing it directly in the stylesheet file you should not have this delay.
