Hello, we have installed the theme, on a domain name, which is not online yet, but finally there is a small chance to change domain name, after some research we may need to change the topics for the blog. Is there is any problem to do that with the dublicator?

Not sure what duplicator you refer too, but you can use WordPress’s docs on this:
