Sorry for the delay but we don’t work in week-end. To place an ad in the indicated area you can try to place it using the do_shortcode function and this implementation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/ad-in-style-3/#post-59255 then add it in post’s template here: http://screencast.com/t/hTp60cuvTbq
If you can’t manage to do this on your own you can always get a freelancer from site’s like: http://studio.envato.com/ as unfortunately you need custom work for this which we cannot provide at the moment.
