Inline Content Ads are not showing in Smart List Format

Hi,

How to add Ads before or after the content of Smart List Styles.
My present ads are not showing. Where to put the ads specially for Smart List format?

By default the theme doesn’t display ads in smart list post but you can insert it with the ad shortcode before the smartlist like here: http://screencast.com/t/DRSwP34nY5 or after smart list content
