Hi there,
Am seriously having trouble in performing exports option from old template into a new Newspaper template. The initial size of the exported file(.xml format) was 22BM and Import support 8MB limits.
And this is the error message when i try to import.!
“Sorry, there has been an error.
File is empty. Please upload something more substantial. This error could also be caused by uploads being disabled in your php.ini or by post_max_size being defined as smaller than upload_max_filesize in php.ini.”
this is my error messaage.
Please can anyone in this forum help.
