My issue is with bug when I’m using the theme with boxed background.
The Smart Sidebar does not work correctly with Google Chrome!

See the sidebar flashes and sometimes some roll when the page. sometimes only appears to go back to page up.
When I put remove background that theme is in full, the error does not appear.
What to do?

Sorry for the delay, we take each message from the old ones to the newest. If you bump the message it will go among the latest and the reply time will be increased.
I’ve checked your site and it seems you have some js errors in the console – http://screencast.com/t/vmAV1uusyqRS
The smart sidebar is uses js and those errors may interfere with it’s functionality. I suspect the errors come from a plugin conflict or a custom code added. Try to disable all plugins, remove all custom code and if you use a cdn disable it. Enable only Visual Composer and see if the issue is still there. If it’s gone enable the other plugins one by one and see which one is causing this issue.
