i tryed eegenerate thumbnails plugin, it didn’t work cuz i can’t see resized images in library.
how to fix it?
Resized images don’t appear in library, only original images. WP also is unable to “enlarge and crop” images. You need to add the “thumbnail upscale” plugin, THEN regenerate thumbs 🙂

To make those thumbnails and the rest of the elements (title, etc) look like the ones in your example you have to make modifications on the code and css. Unfortunately those modifications are not easy to make so my suggestion is to hire a professional developer to help you with this. We would have gladly made it for you but for the moment we cannot offer custom work, sorry for this.
