How can i change the look of block titles to the same as this site?

This block titles are made with Newspaper theme and are not available on Newsmag, but can be done with custom css:
.block-title{
display: block;
font-size: 14px;
border-bottom: 2px solid #222222;
margin-right: 20px!important;
}
.block-title > span{
top:0;
padding: 7px 12px 4px 12px;
border-radius: 0;
}

I got 2 more issues:
– How can i change the color of the title blocks in the post sidebar? Cant find it in the theme panel.
– And i changed the logo header size cause it was alligned to much to the right but everytime i open a new page it will resize before it get back oke. Check http://www.tenniswedtips.nl

The color title for blocks can be changed from Visual Composer like here: http://screencast.com/t/eFObLjpBhldY
That delay appear because first time loads the main css from the theme, then the css. To avoid it you can insert your custom css in style.css file: http://screencast.com/t/kPT8IAoa

I understand how i can change block colors in Visual Composer but you cant change the block colors for the blog sidebar and the footer blocks by visual composer. That is my question:)

The widgets color from sidebar can be modified from Appearance > Widgets http://screencast.com/t/9Jxa7zmyW and the footer widgets color can be changed from theme panel > theme colors > footer: http://screencast.com/t/gU982eVE7M
