Hi lads
I’m trying to add some custom fields.
What I have done so far is
– created form with Gravity Forms
it create post for me with some custom fields
– installed Custom Field Suite
– managed to edit the code to show that custom fields in the post
The thing is that now every post would show that data
Check the code I’ve added

It creates list of wedding supplers
Supplier: Clickable Name
Another Suppler: Clickable Name
Yet Another Supplier: Clickable Name
I need to hide those custom fields on other posts as this would produce this list under every post:
Supplier
Another Suppler
Yet Another Supplier
I also need to hide those that are empty like in this example:
Supplier: Clickable Name
Another Suppler: (hide this as theres no name and url provided)
Yet Another Supplier: Clickable Name
Can you help with this please?
