That happens because the setting you currently use has been changed in the latest update. It’s enough to go to theme panel >categories and set the category template: http://screencast.com/t/JmI2zZx8xoV make sure you clear the cache, purge cdn file if you’re using and test again.

I have over 200 categories and have to do this one by one manually for real?
Cant you guys pick a default value as disabled while shiping this patch?
Or default can be set to inherit from main settings?
Default needs to be set automatically again.
