Customize the Search

How do I customize the search so that it is a full screen searchbar. I do not like the generic look. Also how do I get it to show my child theme and information if someone was to use a WP identifier like “wpthemedetector.com”

Hi,

You can customize the search bar using custom css, I’m not sure what do you want to change.
Unfortunately I cannot provide a solution for your second question, even if you hide some of the information the theme can be identify be the classes used on it’s elements. To hide that you will have to rewrite the theme entire css, you will have to modify all the classes.

What should I target exactly for the search. I grabbed the divs and everything from the element inspector and all they do is break the search. Any tips for making it a full width search bar?
