I’ve checked your site and noticed that the registration tab is not active, to activate it check this box in WordPress Settings > General: http://screencast.com/t/eCeuZAYE

To open the registration page in new tab you need custom modification.

Regarding the form link please provide more details, because i’am not what you mean.
