Not quite sure what you mean, but if you want to add a new share button you can use this tutorial as example: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-a-new-linkedin-button/ and adjust it for your Line social network.
In case you’re referring at social counter plugin please note that unfortunately we don’t intent to add it. If you need this implementation you can look for a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ to do it for you, because it requires custom work and for the moment we cannot provide it, as we’re a small team and we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support. It is a button that a person clicks to share a internet connection line with others. I Googled it and its for sharing internet connection with others. Sharing a telephone line with others. Unless, he means something else. That is what I am getting from that. There is no plugin that offers that button.
Actually there is a plugin on WordPress depository, but it only works for mobiles. Not on desktops.
