Jetpack Carousel now broken in 3.1 after upgrade

Hi there,

I use Jetpack for my photo galleries and everything was working just fine in Newspaper 2.3 I just upgraded, and now all my galleries link to the individual file.

have this solve the problem?

can you give us an example of how the gallery breacks in v3.1
