Hi, I’ve a big problem. My newsmag template, that I bought yesterday doesn’t run on my wordpress 4.3. With my hosting assistance I made a new installations but I can’t customize it. When I click customize button… it open the new page but doesn’t load it. Hoe can I do?
I activated the template with the license and I’ve installed the plugins

Works for me on WP 4.3, so likely completely different issue.
You may need to increase the default memory for WP in your wp-config.php file, make sure you disable all plugins temporarily other than Visual Composer, and make sure you clear all your caching if used.
Look for official reply from TagDiv; this is just my feedback.

Great place to learn to use WordPress is the official codex; often you can do google search like wordpress codex increase memory, and similar 🙂

ideally you want to make sure you have at least 96MB allocated to php for your site from your hosting company; and then edit your wp-config.php file (above), to also change to 96MB.
Stupidly, WP defaults to 40MB which is fine for blog, not for a magazine! 🙂
