Media Library not loading

Hi I have 2 problems

1. I can’t upload and insert images in media library because it not show all images and always shows loading on screen.

2. I can’t update theme setting because It always shows loading on screen.

but when I change theme. All problems is gone. Can you help me? (sorry for my english)

Try do deactivate all plugins, clear the caches, also check the system status values: http://screencast.com/t/wlOgIkN7cTAl the the max_input_vars directive should be over 2000, that value must be changed in php.ini file.
