Hello

thanks for nice theme, it is so cool 🙂

May I request a feature here? if so please

=>make newspaper ‘s overall width wider and stretch-able to full screen (especially header part)

1068 width is really short nowadays, even yahoo use 1200 width now ;p

Hi,

Replied here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/slider-full-page/
If you refer to the header template, there are some full width header styles – http://screencast.com/t/nSPqtxbNRMq when the background color/image is not used. When it is used the site will automatically switch to boxed version.
If you refer to the page content unfortunately the tag div block were not designed to be stretched using the Visual Composer row option, sorry. Like I said in the other thread I added this on our list but I cannot promise you anything.

Thanks!

Hi @Alin,

Not to hijack the thread, but I think @AilyRoot meant the overall website, not just the header.

I too am interested in a full screen website, similar to what is seen here: http://www.nomadicmatt.com/. You’ll see that the menu and other site elements go to the full width of the page.

Is this possible with the theme as it is now?

Hi,

@EmbraceDominica I have answered also regarding the theme width(1068px) in that thread as it is not an easy task to change it and you need many customization to change alos the width value for all elements on page.
If you want you can add a background to the row and stretch it, but without the content as the tagdiv blocks were not designed to be used in a row like this – http://screencast.com/t/28YSgIa597wk

Thanks!

Thanks for the info @Alin.

I already you the full wide background on a stretched row… I didn’t realize that it would be difficult to do the “real” full width website as shown here: http://www.nomadicmatt.com/.

Thanks. Newspaper 6 is still an amazing theme.
