Custom tagDiv Twitter tag

Hi,

I want to custom the Twitter ID that appears when sharing a post/page. Currently it shows the Site name, when I want to include a customized one.

My theme is Newspaper and my site is lvcentinvs.es

Hi,

I’m not sure what you mean. Do you refer to the twitter share button on posts? – http://screencast.com/t/FrWyQrH0ig
The theme doesn’t control the open graphs data, you will have to use a plugin like Seo by Yoast for this, we also use it on our demo.
The twitter id is the site name because this is the default state of the theme when a twitter name is not provided in the theme panel like so http://screencast.com/t/1jthsOih
If this is not what you mean please provide more details.

Hi Alin,

No. If you try to share a post from http://www.lvcentinvs.es, when you click on the Twitter share button, it says that it is published “via @Lvcentinvs“.

The twitter user that is shown is not a customizable one, but the title of the site included in the general settings of the wordpress dashboard (the title of the site is LVCENTINVS, while the related Twitter user is @Lucentinus).

How can I customize the said Twitter user?

If you add your twitter username in panel – http://screencast.com/t/39Z1TYmmWE it should not use your site name – http://screencast.com/t/yNpdk1WxGcg So on your site appears the username – http://screencast.com/t/A7y2iMjxdlP
