How could I get Pages works like posts?
I mean. I´d like to have the Post Settings into Pages (instead of Page settings) and the Ads from Theme Panel works for pages also.

You can add the post setting in page settings area modifying the td_template_settings.php file like here: http://screencast.com/t/XCljbePUV but note that you will need custom modification in theme’s core files to make the post settings works on pages. These customization require good coding skills, so my advice is to you look for a developer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself as we cannot offer any type of custom work.
Regarding the ads system you can use the ad box from Visual Composer: http://screencast.com/t/6ztbMPDV – http://screencast.com/t/mgPrhxRfqhwY to get the same functionality as article ads in posts.
