I’m projecting my newspaper, but I don’t understand how I can assign my news on each block of the big grid, as I want and non automatically
For example, big grid has five spaces: one big place on the left and four smaller places on the right. I need to split these five block, because each time I put a news on the big grid there is a rotation (in the big place there is always the lasta news) and I don’t want that.
I’d like, for example, put a news on the big space and change only the smaller places
How I can do?

You can sort the articles displayed in big grid using his filter: http://screencast.com/t/CdH5pqM3O but it doesn’t have an option to apply different filter on the article displayed in it, to put for example in module mx5 (the one from the left) one filter and on the other for mx6 modules a different filter, the theme doesn’t provide that option. You will need custom modification to achieve that functionality and unfortunately we cannot offer any custom work at the moment, as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support.
