Social Counter Problem

Hi, i have problem with my social counter
They don’t count any social media. The number still null.

Any solution?

Hi,

Please make sure that you use the latest version of Social Counter. To make sure please deactivate and delete it – http://screencast.com/t/IBddMaEHhq and install it from – http://screencast.com/t/nChxmG4W6I I also checked your fb id and it works properly on my side – http://screencast.com/t/jdIKyTgN04 – http://screencast.com/t/UQrId3Y2Tw
Also check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer and Social Counter, clear cache and see if you still have this issue. If the issue persist try to add a different id(fb, twitter..) see if the counter works then re-add your id so you will refresh it.

Hi,

I have re-installed the plulgin. It doesn’t work.
I also try to add different id (fb: tagdiv, twitter: envato), still doesn’t work.
I try without any plugin active except of Visual Composer and Social Counter, and clear cache, nothing happen.

Please help me to fix this.
