The Header Menu is not staying put as a sticky, when you scroll through the page you lose the navigation menu. Any suggestions?

No, when you’re signed to wordpress, the admin tool bar at the top of the site causes the sticky feature of the header menu bar not to work.

Do you mean that the admin bar come over the menu like here: http://screencast.com/t/MVbQz5gnFtG that is because both admin bar and menu are with fixed position.

@dadtrox that bar is from WordPress and that bar and our menu is with fixed position. What you can do is to hide the admin bar using plugins like: Hide Admin Bar or with this method http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-disable-wordpress-admin-bar-for-all-users-except-administrators/
