As the title says, I am trying to make it so the comments are not shown automatically like normal and have a button that says “Show Comments” and then it opens all the comments on the bottom of each post. Does anyone know if this could be done on this theme?
I am just using the WordPress comments and would be kind of nice for just the button and then if someone wants to see the comments or add one, then they just click the button to show or add a comment. There really isn’t a plugin for this anywhere.
Looks like it is just a code implemented into the theme to make it work, cause there are other themes that have this function.
Found this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/hide-show-comment/ but it doesn’t work.
It is asking for comment class and I don’t know what it is for this theme.
It is resolved with plugin from link above. I had to play with all the settings and put it into manual for button and choose the button style and got it to work. This plugin is perfect for it and sorry for wasting the forum space. So don’t worry about it.
