Custom taxonomy on blocks

I’m trying to filter blocks by custom taxonomy but they aren’t in the options. I’ve read support isn’t included for these yet. I need more of a guide than just the location to edit in “td_config.php” I’ve no clue how to get them in there.

thanks, though I have the same problem as sahil, i’ve written a brief for devs and no one has been able to solve it so far.
