Block 14 Won't Order Correctly (-latest-)

Hey guys, I’m having trouble with Block 14 — It’s set to order by latest, but it will not show the correct order (even though the order is fine elsewhere on the site)

Hi,

I also checked this on my side and did not found any issue with the block sort order. Please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and purge your files if you use CDN, then check again if you still have this issue. I suspect it is a caching issue. Let me know how it goes!
