The theme doesn’t have an option to change the login widget, you will need to affect the code from top-menu.php file: http://screencast.com/t/AZzVQjiku I am not sure what changes do you want to do, but in case you want to replace the theme’s login system with the one from WordPress just disable the top bar from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/oln9oMhzmDzY
If you want a different implementation from the login widget my advice is to look for a developer from site like http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself as we cannot offer any type of custom work at the moment.
