Hi – I’ve sent my Theme Accent Color to be red, but all the elements that I expect to change (eg links, sidebar headings, page navigation) still appear blue. I’ve refreshed many times, and there is no caching because it’s on a staging site.

Hi Rob,
You should first try do disable any plugins that might interfere with the theme settings. Disable all of them except visual composer and make sure you clean your cache.
If the problem is still there, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-access so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic so we can identify who you are and what your issue is.
