is there a way to disable the header ad on mobile, for non-adsense ads?

You could try a plugin with a similar functionality or if this doe not help the only way is to alter theme’s code. This requires custom modification and unfortunately we cannot offer custom work at this moment as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support.
