I wrote an email and FB post about how on one of my sites, I didn’t have the Post Settings box in the post options. The response I got was that I should make sure the post settings check box was clicked. This is actually missing altogether from the screen options screen.

Please disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and check again if the “post settings” is available on screen options – http://screencast.com/t/yGE60IIi
