Is it possible to move seach icon to top menu?

You can do this by modifying the theme core files. The search widget code is located here: http://screencast.com/t/yrAd5ZjU80Xw. Just move it from ‘header-menu.php’ to ‘top-menu.php’. Insert it at the bottom of the file and the search widget should show up in the top bar.
You will need some custom css as well to position it.

What ccs I need if I want have search in the end of my top menu, lets say it should be:

Please provide a link to your site so i can see which header style you are using. Different header styles have differently styled top-menus. Css modifications must be made individual for each style.

I have checked into this and the search icon has an absolute position. It will not be an easy task to make it responsive to stay in line with the menu on different viewports. There are a lot of things to consider and a lot of custom work to do on this single task. At the moment we cannot offer custom work, but you can hire a freelancer to do it for you from sites like studio.envato.com
