Could someone explain how to remove the menu title name from ‘Home’ menu while keeping the icon?

I am not sure what you mean as in your site’s menu is no item named Home: http://screencast.com/t/cYCgWrh4L So please provide more details about the changes you want to make in menu, also a screenshot would be helpful.
