Theme Panel Not Working

Hi

I recently bought the newspaper theme and all of a sudden the theme panel is not working whenever i try to save, it use to say saved changes but the changes did not show up on the site and now the loading button wont go away and it doesn’t allow me to save at all!

PLEASE HELP!!

Hi,
Please check your site in browser console to see if you have java-script conflicts. Also what you can do is to disable all plugins and see if works.

If not work please reply back.

Hello I am having this same issue, I just purchased the theme newspaper4, as it came with my existing site, and reinstalled it. I have all Plugins turned off, but I can not save any data, can not save any of the ad code that was in there, :http://screencast.com/t/KgeCe5ppOOx
the save image just stays there, no saving.

any help please.

Hi,

I have checked your video, so please check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active as in your video you have some plugins activated. If you don’t have this issue anymore please activate your plugins one by one and see which one caused this issue. Also I saw that you are not using the latest theme version 4.6.3.
If you want to update please follow this guide and use FTP method – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/ and update also plugins that come with the theme’s files from /plugins folder.
