How to custom file name from Youtube with slug?

When I add new post with video on Youtube, upload file name maxresdefault.jpg or maxresdefault1.jpg. How to auto upload with name is slug?

Hello nasa8x,

I’m not sure what you mean but i’m just guessing here. When you set a video post format and insert a YouTube video. the theme will automatically grab the video thumbnail and use it as the featured image of the post. It grabs the maximum resolution of this thumb. If you want to change this YouTube thumbnail as featured video you can remove it from the featured image section: http://screencast.com/t/NOVqlCzVELxW and add a new picture of your choice.
If this is not what you mean, please provide more details so we can better understand.

Ex: http://domain.com/spl-2-a-time-for-consequences, when post save I want image file name is spl-2-a-time-for-consequences.jpg. Now image save is maxresdefault1.jpg
