how do I insert the theme newspapper the plugin max banner ads pro no ads , because this plugin has an option that counts the number of visitors on the site

Hi,
Unfortunately we did not tested this plugin, so I cannot make many recommendation. If the plugin allows shortcodes you can paste it in the theme ad spots, as they can render the shortcodes – https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-ad/ – http://screencast.com/t/81iB7XKN
You will have to read the plugin’s documentation how to implement it.
