How do I add a navigation menu item that has a certain class and certain data in it to trigger a lightbox for newsletter signup (using optinmonster)? I want to add the word Subscribe and have it trigger a popup for the user to signup for our newsletter
So if I create a post with this it triggers correctly when you click “Click me!”

What I am trying to do is do the same thing on the menu but with the word “Subscribe”
