My Sidebars by categories disappear

I have a problem with my Newspaper theme, when I set sidebars by categories it appears at the very moment that I set it up but then disappears, I do not understand why this can happen.

Could you help me with this issue?

Hello Elena,

Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer. Sometimes plugins can be the cause of a whole bunch of problems. If the problem is still there, provide more details so we can take a look and see what the issue is.

Hello Bogdan B,

It seems that the problem is not fixed, I tried several things:

* Turned off all the plugin except visual compose but it didn’t work out.
* I increased the WP PHP memory to 64MB but the problem persists.

I can create the sidebar for each category but as soon as I refresh the page the Widgets area appears empty.

I do not understand and I don’t know what else to do.

Could you pls help me with this serious problem?

Hello Elena,

Please make sure you do not use any other alphabet letters/symbols when you name your sidebar. When other characters than Latin are used, it is known to crash.
If this is not also not the case then please send as an email at contact@tagdiv.com so we can take a look and come up with a solution. Please provide your login info and a link to this topic so we know who you are and what the problem is.
