Hi,
I have very good quality image but when I upload to background image quality i very low, how I can change this?

If you use some image optimalisation plugin you should it disable, upload picture and change path in Newspaper->Theme panel-> Background-> change path (remove f.e. test300x100.jpg and leave test.jpg). After you can enable image optimalisation plugin.
