Visual composer text block not working

Hi guys,

I am trying to edit pages and posts with visual composer, but when i try to edit a text block, it doesn’t work. The content itself doesn’t show up, and all I can do is hit ‘close’ or ‘save changes’, as shown.

I assume that there is a conflict somewhere but I can’t find it so far. I have done the usual uninstall/re-install, deactivate all plugins and reactivate them one-by-one, etc. I am running the latest version of VC from this week’s Newsmag update (2.2.1)

Hi

Please make sure that you installed the VC plugin according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ also try to deactivate all plugins again, clear all caches purge the cdn file, if you’re using and test again.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist send an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your site’s login details so we can inspect this issue closer.
