Unfortunately the theme does not have an option for that, but you can edit the core files to achieve the result you want:
Edit single_template_11.php:

And you can add your own content with HTML elements and style them with CSS.

Unfortunately you cannot set a post style to a category. You can either set a global post style from the theme panel or an individual one.
As for the content request, under the adspot I showed you to comment, you can add your post content if you copy the div’s from below. But it will need some more custom work as the post content will not fit properly squeezed on the right side of the video like that.
A bit of code knowledge is required. If you cannot do it we suggest you hire a freelancer from sites like studio.envato.com because we cannot offer custom work. Sorry.
